Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and motivate the fresh food team to achieve performance targets
- Ensure excellent product quality, presentation, and availability across all fresh food categories
- Drive sales growth and margin improvement through effective planning and execution
- Manage stock control, ordering, waste reduction, and supplier relationships
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations
- Implement strong merchandising and promotional strategies

Key Requirements:
