Salary: €50k plus Bonus and Company Car
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the performance of fresh food departments across multiple locations in the Munster region
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service are maintained
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability
- Train, mentor, and support staff to achieve operational excellence
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, preparing reports for senior management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure consistent product availability and quality
