Fresh Food Advisor & Trainer – Dublin

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Fresh Food professional to join a leading retail organisation in a Fresh Food Advisor & Trainer position based in Dublin.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven fresh food leader to work across a large retail estate supporting stores, developing teams, improving operational standards, and driving excellence across fresh food departments.

The Role:

• Support and improve fresh food operations across multiple retail locations
• Drive exceptional standards across deli, bakery, produce, meals, and fresh food departments
• Train, coach, and mentor store teams and management on operational excellence and customer service
• Deliver structured training programmes and operational support across the business
• Support fresh food launches, revamps, and operational projects
• Review and improve SOPs, operational procedures, and in-store standards
• Drive merchandising, presentation, availability, waste control, and food quality standards
• Ensure stores maintain best-in-class customer experience and fresh food execution
• Build strong working relationships with Regional Managers and operational teams
• Support stores through operational change and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain strong compliance standards across food safety, HACCP, and operational procedures

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience within fresh food retail, deli, bakery, produce, meals, or food service environments
• Passionate about fresh food, customer service, and operational excellence
• Experience training, coaching, and developing teams within fast-paced retail environments
• Strong operational and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of merchandising, waste control, stock rotation, and fresh food standards
• Hands-on, organised, and capable of influencing teams across multiple locations
• Experience within high-volume retail or food service operations highly desirable
• Full clean driver’s licence required
