Deli Supervisor

€15.50 per hour | Full-Time | Limerick

Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Deli Supervisor to join a busy convenience retail store in Limerick.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business with a strong reputation for quality fresh food and excellent customer service. The successful Deli Supervisor will play a key role in leading the deli team, maintaining high food standards, and ensuring customers enjoy an outstanding shopping experience every day.

Responsibilities

* Support the day-to-day running of the deli department

* Lead, motivate and support the deli team to deliver exceptional customer service

* Prepare and present fresh food to the highest quality standards

* Ensure HACCP, food safety and hygiene procedures are followed at all times

* Monitor stock levels, minimise waste and assist with stock ordering

* Maintain excellent merchandising standards and a clean, organised work area

* Assist with training and developing team members

Requirements

* Previous experience working in a deli, food service or convenience retail environment

* Experience supervising or leading a team would be an advantage

* Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures

* A passion for fresh food and delivering an excellent customer experience

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* A positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a busy environment
