Excel is recruiting a part time administrator for our client in South Dublin. This person will be responsible for assisting the team with their day to day accounts and administration duties. This will be 16 to 20 hours per week, flexible on days and times.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with accounts and facilities departments to ensure all admin tasks are complete
  • Answering telephones and managing email enquiries
  • Ensure all files are kept up to date
  • Assist with reports as required
  • Liaising with clients and tenants in relation to queries, invoices and purchase orders
