My client, a leading provider of children’s entertainment products is looking for a driven Buying Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks to ensure that the buying daily operations run efficiently. Galway based.

Responsibilities of this Administrator:

  • Assisting in onboarding new suppliers and setting up new product lines.
  • Managing incoming purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintaining product records, price files, and updating databases.
  • Coordinating with suppliers to process orders accurately and promptly.
  • Supporting customer service with administrative tasks and queries.
  • Assisting in setting up promotions and resolving supplier discrepancies.

Experience required for this Administrator:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive team player with strong communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
