At Excel Recruitment, we are currently recruiting an Administrator for a 3-month temporary assignment with our client based in Lucan, Co.Dublin.
This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday offering €13.50ph. Once fully trained there is an option of hybrid working ( 2 days from home)
- 2 years previous administration experience
- Strong IT skills – word/outlook/excel
- Previous knowledge of SharePoint an advantage
- Ability to manage your own workload once given guidance
- Knowledge of GDPR best practice
- Fluent English both written and spoken
- Immediate availability
The administrator will join the HR admin team and will assist with updating and managing employee details -contract changeover, personal details, payroll registration etc.
