Excel Recruitment is currently looking for experienced Chefs of all grades to work in ongoing contracts in various locations across county Waterford.

Our clients are some of the leading hospitality and catering groups in Ireland, extremely driven to provide the highest quality standards and customer experience. Working with Excel Recruitment as a Chef, you get to work only the shifts you are available for.

Driving licence is a great advantage as you can work at several sites with us across Waterford.

Responsibilities of the Chef are:

• Display excellence in food preparation and service
• Ensure a professional and courteous service
• Ensure that health and safety standards are followed
• Lead the team to provide excellent customer service

Requirements for the Chef are:

• Chef experience in a busy kitchen environment
• HACCP level 2 and Manual Handling certificates (we can provide training)
• Experience in a variety of cuisines
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
