What are the duties of this Chef role?

• Prepare all food items to order as requested within specified time limits.
• Consistently prepare portions ahead of service.
• Reduce waste where possible.
• Ensure all food is date labelled for food safety and shelf-life standards.
• Ensure all HACCP procedures are followed.
• Carry out temperature checks on food.
• Ensure all kitchen areas are kept clean and sanitised throughout the day.
• Stock control and stock rotation.
• What are the requirements of this Chef role?
• Experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen
• The ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent time management skills.
• The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Being able to drive is desired but not essential.

Must be available for an immediate start.
