Responsibilities of the Store Manager

  • To drive sales, service, productivity and maintain excellent standards throughout the store
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of the day-to-day business operations of the service station.
  • Growing existing business and initiating improvements, ensuring sales, margin and other assigned targets are achieved
  • To ensure that the store’s management team are trained appropriately and to the highest standard
  • Dealing with staffing issues which will include on-boarding and termination processes, recruitment, and selection, conducting appraisals and performance reviews.
  • To ensure that you and your team are up to date on all Health & Safety, HACCP and other legal requirements and implement these within the store
  • Demonstrating accuracy and punctuality with all reporting
  • Practicing excellent stock control and management processes
