The ideal candidate is an individual with store management experience from a convenience setting or similar. Able to set high standards and can lead by example. They must also communicate and delegate in a clear precise manner to their team to ensure quality of work.
Our client is offering a competitive salary of up to €45k DOE
Responsibilities:
- Ability to manage a large team of staff
- Monitor store standards and ensure quality of service
- Training and development of team members
- Achieve KPIs and sales targets on a regular basis
- Ensure compliance with HACCP & Food safety
- Stock management and control
