Store Manager – Stillorgan Co Dublin

We are currently seeking a Store Manager to lead a well-established premium retail store in South Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding service, driving performance, and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team
• Drive store sales and consistently achieve or exceed KPIs and targets
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a strong focus on premium service standards
• Oversee visual merchandising and ensure the store is presented to the highest standard
• Support team development through coaching, training, and strong leadership
• Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a premium retail store, ideally within fashion, jewellery, or homewares
• Proven track record of delivering strong sales performance and achieving KPIs
• Strong leadership skills with experience building and developing retail teams
• Excellent understanding of visual merchandising and premium retail presentation
• Passionate about retail, customer experience, and team development

This role would particularly suit candidates based in Blackrock, Dún Laoghaire, Rathfarnham, Mount Merrion, Dundrum and surrounding South Dublin areas.
