Duty Manager

As Duty Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and influence customer experience, employee engagement, and operational efficiency. Salary package:

• 33-38K – negotiable but must reflect experience

Your responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience. From inventory management to staffing, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining operational excellence.
• Delight customers with exceptional service. Your passion for creating a positive shopping experience will be key in building and retaining a loyal customer base.
• Lead by example, motivating and inspiring your team to achieve and exceed targets. Your leadership style should be one that fosters teamwork, creativity, and a customer-centric mindset.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment by thinking on your feet. Your ability to troubleshoot and make sound decisions will be crucial in overcoming challenges and ensuring a smooth operation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a big box or large format store.
• Experience leading teams of 25+ and turnovers of 2+ million.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
