Responsibilities of this Fashion Department Manager role

  • Take ownership of the day-to-day performance of a busy fashion department
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team
  • Drive sales, productivity and KPI performance through strong commercial leadership
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience across the department
  • Maintain excellent visual merchandising, presentation and product standards

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ management experience within fashion retail

  • Excellent people management skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop teams
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising and fashion retail standards
  • Passion for fashion, product and delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Confident decision-maker with excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Hands-on leadership style and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
