Deputy Store Manager – Fashion

Our client, a leading fashion sports retail chain is seeking to recruit a Deputy Store Manager for their high-performing store in West Dublin.

This Deputy Store Manager job requires high-street fashion retail/sports fashion management experience within a fast-paced high-volume background.

The ideal candidate will be energetic and passionate about retail and will have the ability to think strategically, commercially, and operationally.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced fashion retail manager with an interest in joining a progressive, proactive, and energetic business.

Responsibilities of this job:

• Ensuring excellent sales and service is delivered at all time
• Driving, coaching, and mentoring a sales-focused team
• Setting and achieving KPI’s
• Responsible for driving the commercial plan across the store
• Monitoring and managing all areas of store costs

Skills and experience required for this job:

• 2-3 years of management experience within a fashion retailer
• Experience in delivering KPI’s
• Strong visual and commercial experience
• An energetic and hands-on approach to retail
• Demonstrate excellent commercial awareness

Salary package: €28-33K DOE.
