Senior Deputy Store Manager – Fashion

This role is based in a fabulous top-performing Dublin City Centre store.

As Deputy Store Manager, you’ll lead large, diverse teams, drive commercial performance, and ensure seamless operations that deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire large-scale teams in a dynamic, high-turnover environment.
• Embed operational excellence, elevate service standards, and drive sales performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience while exceeding KPIs and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the senior leadership team to implement strategic initiatives.
• Champion a high-performance, inclusive, and engaged team culture.

The ideal candidate:

• You will be an experienced senior retail leader with strong operational and commercial experience.
• A track record of success in high-volume fashion or similar (minimum 5m+ turnover).
• Strategic thinking with a hands-on, visible leadership style.
• Proven experience managing large teams (30+).
• Inspirational leader with excellent coaching and communication skills.
• Resilient, agile, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
