This is a great opportunity for someone coming from a deli, food retail, or café background who enjoys leading a team, driving standards, and bringing fresh, creative ideas to a well-established offering.

This role could also suit someone currently working at supervisor level who is looking to take the next step and move into a management position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the eatery and retail shop
  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of 6 staff along with a deli chef
  • Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
  • Plan and manage staff rosters in line with business needs
  • Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, and health & safety standards
