Excel Recruitment is seeking an experienced Chef to join our clients for ongoing work in Dublin and the surrounding areas through our agency. This position offers an excellent work-life balance with Monday to Friday shifts, evening and weekends also available.
Chef Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preparing and cooking meals.
- In-date HACCP & Manual Handling certification (training can be provided by Excel if required).
- Strong experience maintaining health & safety and food safety regulations.
- Team player with a passion for food and hospitality.
- Adapting to the specific needs of different venues and clients.
Chef Responsibilities:
- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
- Always maintain cleanliness in both your personal workspace and throughout the kitchen.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards, within the set timescales, and to site requirements.
- Adhere to food production and waste management levels.
