Chef
Excel Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Chef to join our team of professional agency chefs in County Wicklow. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and motivated chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the variety of working across different kitchens.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to a consistent standard
- Supporting kitchen operations in line with health and safety regulations
- Adapting quickly to new environments and teams
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient workspace
- Assisting with menu development and service where required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or higher
- Strong culinary skills with a keen eye for detail
- Flexibility and the ability to work across multiple locations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A professional, reliable, and proactive attitude
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay: €18-€20 per hour, depending on experience
