- Ensure the health and safety, of employee welfare at work during revamp

- Provide a store fit-out schedule before development commences – keep people informed and safe & time management
- To be the point of contact on-site for assigned projects

- Ensure shop standards and customer service are still to a high standard regardless of the status of store re-fit
- Motivate your teams to perform – share action plan
Requirements of this Revamp Manager :
- Previous experience with store revamps and refits
- Track record of project achievements – time scales and successfulness of a previous project
- Large understanding and knowledge of risk assessment and health and safety to protect colleagues and customers
- Full understanding and experience of the grocery retail industry from wholesale to store
