Store Manager – Dublin City

Excel Recruitment is seeking an ambitious and experienced individual for the position of Store Manager for our client’s store located in Dublin City Centre. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in fresh food management who are ready to advance to a store manager role. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance.

Salary – €40k – €45k

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards
• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
• Manage inventory, including ordering, stock control, and merchandising
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and profitability
• Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for senior management
• Recruit, train, and develop store staff to maintain high standards of performance
• Ensure the store is clean, well-organised, and adequately staffed at all times

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in a fresh food managerial role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Financial acumen and experience in budget management
• Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused approach
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
