The Role

As Breakfast Supervisor, you will lead the morning service, ensuring every guest experience is seamless, warm, and memorable from the moment they arrive until they depart.

You will play a key role in setting the tone for the day – delivering exceptional hospitality, supporting your team, and ensuring the highest service standards are consistently exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full breakfast service from set-up through to close
  • Lead, train, and motivate the breakfast team to deliver outstanding guest service
  • Ensure all guests are greeted professionally and attended to promptly
  • Maintain exceptional standards of presentation across the restaurant and buffet areas
  • Handle guest feedback in a positive, professional manner
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, efficient service
  • Manage staff rotas, breaks, and daily briefings
  • Ensure all HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering where required

About You

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or high-volume food & beverage environment

* Payroll administration experience is highly advantageous

* Ideally CIPD qualified or currently working towards a HR-related qualification
