They are recruiting an ambitious Store Supervisor with a passion for fashion to join their store in West Dublin.
This job would suit a career driven and energetic Supervisor, Team Leader or Key Holder looking to join an established business where they can move up the ladder.
Salary is up to €33,150, 3% Pension Contribution, Bonus and 20% staff discount.
Working alongside senior management the Fashion Team Leader will be very hands on ensuring their department is running efficiently, supervising, leading and developing their team in offering top class customer service and excellent product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities for the job of Retail Supervisor:
- Champion superior customer service in store
- Ensure your team is set up for the day with clear objectives
- Communicate with your team on the stores KPI’s
- Drive sales across your department
- Ensure the store is merchandised to company standards
- Liaise with the store manager on product and potential sales opportunities
