Responsibilities of this Food Safety and Quality Technical Specialist include
- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of Food Safety and Quality Management systems (policies, procedures, and records).
- Monitor products to ensure they meet specifications through internal checks.
- Managing product documentation, including specifications, SOPs, and QC records, and completing daily product attribute records.
- Investigating customer complaints and collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve issues.
- Reporting non-conformances, implementing corrective actions and conducting CCP (Critical Control Points) verification checks.
Requirements for this Food Safety and Quality Technical Specialist include
- Diploma in Science or Food Science (minimum).
- 1+ year of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing (preferred).
- Flexible, quick learner with strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
