Accommodation Assistant

We at Excel Recruitment currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accommodation Assistant to join our expanding Accommodation team in Dublin 4. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to work well in a team environment and have excellent attention to detail skills, excellent organisational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities of an Accommodation Assistant

  • Catering to guests requiring assistance, with a caring and helpful attitude..
  • To have a complete knowledge of the hotel and the product and services it offers.
  • To ensure all hotel accommodation including but not limited to hotel bedrooms, public areas and conference rooms are presented to the highest standard of cleanliness and quality.

Key Requirements of an Accommodation Assistant

  • Passion for service and guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills with excellent spoken & written English.
  • Previous experience in an accommodation assistant role is essential.
  • Must be available to work full shifts from 8am – 5pm.
