The Job:

The IT Service Analyst will:

  • Help drive the next stages of an ERP system rollout and make a real impact on how the factory operates. With the first two phases successfully implemented for office operations, the project is now moving to the stages of transforming factory processes.
  • Play a key part as the IT Service Analyst in shaping how things work on the shop floor, improving efficiency, and modernizing operations The main goal of this role is to successfully implement Factory Track, a system designed to streamline shop floor operations, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Lead efforts to modernise factory processes, improve access to key data, and boost overall efficiency in daily operations.

  • Manage and prioritise an independent caseload while working collaboratively with the MDT.
  • Contribute to individual care planning and service development.
  • Provide psychological consultation and formulation to team members.
  • Engage in reflective practice, supervision, and ongoing professional development.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Doctorate or equivalent in Clinical, Counselling, or Educational Psychology.
  • Eligibility for professional registration with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) or relevant professional body.
  • Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years at Senior or equivalent level.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously while contributing to a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience working with adults with moderate to severe mental health difficulties.
  • Experience working with people with Psychosis from a variety of backgrounds.
  • Experience of delivering teaching and supervision in an MDT setting.
  • Excellent clinical formulation, intervention, and risk management skills.
  • Full driving licence and access to a car are essential for this role.
