The Job:
The IT Service Analyst will:
- Help drive the next stages of an ERP system rollout and make a real impact on how the factory operates. With the first two phases successfully implemented for office operations, the project is now moving to the stages of transforming factory processes.
- Play a key part as the IT Service Analyst in shaping how things work on the shop floor, improving efficiency, and modernizing operations The main goal of this role is to successfully implement Factory Track, a system designed to streamline shop floor operations, inventory management, and quality control.
- Lead efforts to modernise factory processes, improve access to key data, and boost overall efficiency in daily operations.
