An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing team across a diverse and dynamic food and beverage operation.

The Role

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will take full responsibility for the resort’s food and beverage operation, overseeing multiple outlets including restaurants, bars, events, banqueting, and in-room dining. Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving commercial performance, and maintaining the impeccable standards expected within a luxury 5-star environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an accomplished hospitality professional with a proven track record of success in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all food and beverage departments, ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable operations.
  • Maintain exceptional service standards across all outlets, consistently exceeding guest expectations.
  • Drive innovation, revenue growth, and guest satisfaction through strategic operational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with culinary teams on menu development, costing, and quality assurance.
  • Recruit, develop, coach, and inspire a talented team of hospitality professionals.
  • Monitor departmental budgets, labour costs, stock control, and financial performance.
  • Build strong supplier relationships while maintaining quality, sustainability, and value.
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and licensing regulations.
  • Work closely with other departments to deliver a seamless luxury guest experience throughout the resort.
  • Champion a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

About You

  • Proven leadership experience within a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale food and beverage environment.
  • Strong operational knowledge across restaurants, bars, events, and banqueting.
  • Demonstrable success in managing large teams within a high-volume, guest-focused setting.
  • Excellent commercial awareness, budgeting, and financial management skills.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality and memorable guest experiences.
  • Outstanding communication, organisational, and people management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods.
  • Hospitality Management qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
