Lead Our Catering Operation in Omagh, Co. Tyrone to Success

We are seeking a Catering Manager to lead a food service operation based in Omagh, Co. Tyrone. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to oversee day-to-day catering services, drive financial performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This is a Full-Time, Permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of all catering and food service activities.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of catering and hospitality staff.
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation and customer service.
• Manage staffing levels, rotas and labour costs effectively.
• Monitor budgets, revenue and expenditure to achieve financial targets.
• Maintain full compliance with food safety, health and safety, and company policies.
• Build strong relationships with clients, customers and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Manage stock control, ordering and supplier relationships.

About You

• Previous relevant experience in Catering, Hospitality or Food Service.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and costs.
• Good knowledge of food safety legislation and compliance standards.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• A hands-on and customer-focused approach.
