Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the Fresh Food and Deli department, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation and customer service

- Plan production levels to maximise availability while minimising waste

- Deliver outstanding customer service while resolving customer queries and complaints professionally
- Support the wider store management team and act as Duty Manager when required

- Previous experience managing a Fresh Food or Deli department within a supermarket or retail food environment
- Strong leadership skills with experience coaching, motivating and developing teams
