This is an excellent opportunity to lead a successful fresh food operation with a competitive salary of €40,000 DOE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a high-volume deli department
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive sales, profitability, and departmental performance
• Ensure food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
• Manage stock control, ordering, waste, and margin performance
• Maintain excellent fresh food standards and merchandising throughout the department
• Train and support team members to achieve their full potential

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Deli Manager, Assistant Deli Manager, or Fresh Food Manager
• Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams
• Commercially minded with a focus on sales and customer satisfaction
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Passion for fresh food and delivering high standards
