Our client, a successful and growing Irish retail business, is seeking a driven and commercially strong Store Manager to take charge of their flagship store in Tullamore, Co. Offaly. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail leader who is confident in creating a welcoming, customer focused environment, team development and achieving commercial targets, to lead from the front.
This role is ideally suited to candidates from Big Box, discount, DIY, grocery, homeware or other high-volume retail environments who are passionate about people, commercial performance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop a large retail team to deliver outstanding results.
