Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the checkout department, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times

- Assist with the training and development of new and existing team members

Requirements:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with cash handling, till procedures, and checkout operations
