Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing fashion team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Drive sales, productivity and KPI performance across the department

- Manage performance, attendance and colleague engagement

Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ management experience within fashion or grocery retail
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop successful retail teams
- Strong commercial awareness with experience driving sales and KPIs
- Passion for fashion, styling and delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills
- A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
