Responsibilities for this position:

  • Assist the Head Chef in the preparation and service of meals tailored to patients’ and residents’ dietary needs

    * Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen environment in line with healthcare standards

Requirements for Chef:

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef (experience in healthcare or contract catering is an advantage)
    * Strong understanding of dietary requirements, allergens, and nutrition
    * Excellent teamwork and communication skills
    * Manual Handling and HACCP certification (or willingness to complete training)
    * Strong time management skills in a structured, fast-paced environment
    * Legally permitted to work in Ireland
    * Full clean driving licence is a bonus
