Chef Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Manual Handling and HACCP (both can be acquired with Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility with shifts
Chef responsibilities
- Prepare portions of fish, meat, and poultry
- Prepare food items as requested under specific limits
- Prepare desserts and cakes as requested
- Comply with health and safety standards
- Minimize waste
