Experienced Chef (Monday To Friday)

Requirements

– Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills
– Knowledge of HACCP requirements
– Organised and excellent attention to detail
– Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
– A passionate and creative personality

Responsibilities

– Stock control/ordering and monitoring temperature records
– Follow HACCP procedures and keeping station organised/sanitised
– Prepare food to a high standard and follow dietary requirements
– Control cost and minimise waste
– Creating menu items and developing dishes
– Following health and safety regulations

Benefits

– Pay rate of €19.00 to €20.00
– Uniform can be provided by Excel recruitment, if required
