Our client is an award winning retailer with multiple stores across Ireland and they are seeking a Coffee Shop Manager to join their team.
This Coffee Manager job would be perfect for a real foodie who is passionate about excellent customer service. This is a full time and permanent job with sociable working hours. The ideal candidate will have 2+ year’s management experience in a fast-paced coffee shop establishment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Training and developing the café staff
- Leading the team in terms of providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining excellent site standards
- Meeting HACCP and food safety standards
- Liaising with the Chef
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing a café or restaurant
- Barista skills, with a knowledge and understanding of coffee.
- Flexible to work up to 5 days over 7.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of HACCP
- Exceptional organisational skills
