Coffee Shop Manager

Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting a Coffee Shop Manager to join our client’s expanding business in Cork.

Our client is an award winning retailer with multiple stores across Ireland and they are seeking a Coffee Shop Manager to join their team.

This Coffee Manager job would be perfect for a real foodie who is passionate about excellent customer service. This is a full time and permanent job with sociable working hours. The ideal candidate will have 2+ year’s management experience in a fast-paced coffee shop establishment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Training and developing the café staff
• Leading the team in terms of providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining excellent site standards
• Meeting HACCP and food safety standards
• Liaising with the Chef

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing a café or restaurant
• Barista skills, with a knowledge and understanding of coffee.
• Flexible to work up to 5 days over 7.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP
• Exceptional organisational skills
