With continued expansion plans on the horizon and with no signs of slowing down, our client is on the hunt for an ambitious and commercially driven Supervisor to join their leadership team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Supervisor/Team Leader looking to join an exciting retail business where future growth and opportunities are available.
Salary package:

Skills and experience required for this job:
- 2+ years of supervisory/management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail setting
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Ambitious and eager to drive your retail career forward
- Strong KPI experience
Responsibilities of this job include:
- Drive sales performance across the departments that you are responsible for
- Ensure delivery of the brand is in line with visual merchandising guidelines
- Lead, motivate, and inspire a passionate team, preparing them for future opportunities
- Act as an ambassador for our client’s business, championing the company culture at all times
- Ensure compliance and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Maximise sales and product availability whilst controlling costs
- Deliver 5* customer service at all times
