They are currently seeking a Deli Chargehand who has a working knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations, along with a passion for all things fresh food, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
There is a fantastic salary of up to €38k DOE on offer for the successful candidate
Requirements for this job:
- Previous experience managing a team of staff
- Excellent knowledge of HACCP & Food Safety
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A passion for high-quality food and cooking
Duties include:
- Training and developing staff
- Following HACCP and Food Safety regulations
- Stock ordering and stock rotation
- Managing waste and margin
- Leading the team in terms of customer service
- Creating new deli recipes and ideas
