Main Duties
- Support food preparation when needed
- Use the till, handle transactions accurately, and provide prompt service
- Assist customers in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner
- Prepare and maintain service areas to a high standard
- Keep all service areas, equipment, and workstations clean, tidy, and in line with hygiene standards
- Adhere to all health, safety, and HACCP procedures throughout each shift
- Work on your own initiative and manage duties effectively to support smooth daily service
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in a Catering Assistant role or a similar food service position
- Confident using a till and working in a customer-facing environment
- Barista or coffee-making experience is an advantage
- Able to work independently and use initiative when needed
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices
(HACCP and Manual Handling certificates are required, but training can be provided)
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in presentation
