Minimum 1 years’ experience, OR

A relevant degree (e.g. Social Work, Youth & Community Work) plus 6 months’ experience

  • Experience of risk assessment and safety planning
  • Experience of needs assessment and support planning
  • Ability to work independently, use initiative and manage a varied workload
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resilience and compassion when working in a challenging environment

  • You’ll also participate in a 24‑hour shift rota (including nights and weekends), support health and safety procedures, promote equality and client choice, and help drive continuous improvement across the service.

The Person:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with socially excluded or vulnerable individuals.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partner agencies.
  • Experience delivering person‑centred, strengths‑based support, including assessing needs, risks and goals.
