Our client is a thriving grocery retail store in Cork who are seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to grow alongside their business and lead their team. This job is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding grocery retail brand that is well-established in the local community and nationwide.
This job would suit an ambitious and driven Retail Manager who has worked in a competitive and fast-paced grocery retail environment
Salary: €40k – €55k DOE
Requirements:
- A competitive retailer with the drive to increase sales and profit
- A dynamic individual with previous grocery retail management experience
- Capable of training, motivating and developing staff members
- Be a knowledge expert for the grocery retail sector
Key responsibilities for this job:
- Continuously keeping up excellent store standards
- Innovating and implementing new plans to upgrade the running of the store
- Managing cash handling procedures in the office and on the shop floor
- Controlling costs while maximising store profits
- Liaising with Assistant Manager and Duty Managers to oversee the daily running of the store
- Leading by example to set exceptional customer service standards for all staff
- Achieving KPIs and targets set by head office
