What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the day-to-day running of a busy, high-volume supermarket
- Leading and inspiring teams across Grocery, Fresh Food, and Front End departments
- Driving sales, controlling costs, and ensuring key business targets are achieved
- Maintaining exceptional merchandising, stock availability, and store presentation standards
- Coaching and developing colleagues to build a high-performing team

- Strong knowledge of supermarket operations, including Grocery and Fresh Food
