Supermarket Store Manager – Co. Cavan

Excel Recruitment is seeking a Supermarket Store Manager to join our client, a high-volume grocery retail store in Co. Cavan.

Our client is a busy grocery retail store who are looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to grow alongside their business and lead their team. This is a superb opportunity to join and develop alongside a reputable grocery retail brand.

This job would suit an ambitious and self-motivated Retail Manager who has worked in a fast-paced and competitive grocery retail environment. If you are a target-driven retailer with a passion for grocery retail and a keen commercial focus, this is the job for you.

Salary package: €45k – €55k DOE

Key responsibilities for this Job:

• Continuously maintaining excellent store standards
• Innovating and implementing new ideas to improve the running of the store
• Managing cash at checkouts and in the back office
• Maximising store profit while controlling costs
• Overseeing the overall daily management of the store
• Setting exceptional customer service standards for all staff
• Surpassing KPIs and targets set by head office
