Key Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operation of a busy retail store.
- Lead and motivate team members during shifts.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and merchandising standards are maintained.
- Support cash handling, till procedures and store security.
- Assist with stock control, deliveries and inventory management.
- Ensure health & safety and company standards are maintained.
- Open and close the store when required.
- Support the training and development of team members.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in retail, grocery, convenience or forecourt retail.
- Supervisory experience is desirable but not essential.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- A positive and hands-on approach to leadership.
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
