Assistant Manager

Our client, a well-known retail chain is currently seeking to recruit an experienced and people orientated Assistant Manager to join their busy retail store in Swords.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced well-established retailer who offer a wide range of products and well-known brands along with a fantastic reputation of offering excellent customer service.

We are looking for a people manager who has experience leading, coaching, and mentoring teams of 20+. This will suit an energetic individual with an interest in fashion beauty or similar.

Responsibilities of this Assistant Manager job include:

• Support the store manager with the day to day running of the store.
• To lead, motivate and empower your team.
• Drive store sales and KPI’S.
• Staff training and development in all aspects of customer experience, including brand and product knowledge.

Experience and skills required for this Assistant Manager job includes:

• 2-3+ years’ experience working in retail management.
• Experience managing a team of 20+ staff.
• An ability to drive sales through your team.
• Commercial awareness.
