Pay rate of: €17ph – €20ph
Key Responsibilities of this Baker :
- Prepare and bake a wide range of high-quality breads, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods from scratch, ensuring all products meet the company’s exacting standards.
- Manage daily production schedules to meet customer demand while maintaining product consistency and freshness.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workstation, following all health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, check deliveries, and ensure all ingredients and supplies are well-stocked.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth operations and achieve production targets.
Requirements of this Scratch Baker:
- Demonstrable experience in scratch baking, with the ability to produce a variety of baked goods to a high standard.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail, with a focus on quality and presentation.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
