There is an hourly rate of up to €14 per hour for this vacancy

Responsibilities for a Junior Baker:

  • Ensure profitability by maintaining an accurate record of baking operations
  • Manage supplies and inventory levels
  • Ensure all products are baked in line with guidelines and of the highest possible quality
  • Assess the quality of raw materials before baking
  • Ensure the proper storage of baking utensils
  • Ensuring HACCP and food safety guidelines are being always followed

Requirements for the role:

  • Experience baking advantageous but not necessary
  • Must have excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills are essential
  • Completed HACCP training essential

Night Baker – North Dublin

The ideal candidate for this position would be a Scratch Baker who has a hard-working attitude, good time management skills and enjoys working in a dynamic team environment.

Our client is offering a generous pay rate of €14 per hour DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Follow HACCP and other food safety procedures
  • Ability to reach deadlines
  • Can work in a team environment
  • Have excellent attention to detail
