Junior Baker

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who has experience in a similar setting, who would be interested in learning to bake in a busy bakery environment.

There is an hourly rate of up to €14 per hour for this vacancy

Responsibilities for a Junior Baker:

• Ensure profitability by maintaining an accurate record of baking operations
• Manage supplies and inventory levels
• Ensure all products are baked in line with guidelines and of the highest possible quality
• Assess the quality of raw materials before baking
• Ensure the proper storage of baking utensils
• Ensuring HACCP and food safety guidelines are being always followed

Requirements for the role:

• Experience baking advantageous but not necessary
• Must have excellent attention to detail
• Good communication skills are essential
• Completed HACCP training essential
