Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of fresh breads and bakery products to a high standard
- Ensure consistency in product quality, freshness, and presentation throughout the day
- Manage daily bakery production to meet customer demand and minimise waste
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering bakery ingredients and supplies
- Maintain excellent food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards at all times
- Ensure the bakery area is clean, organised, and fully compliant with health & safety procedures
- Work closely with store management and fresh food teams to support daily operations
