Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and preparing guest rooms and public areas to a high standard

  • Replenishing linens, towels, and guest amenities

  • Reporting maintenance issues promptly

  • Following all health, safety, and hygiene procedures

  • Meeting daily room targets efficiently

  • Supporting the wider accommodation team as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Accommodation Assistant/Housekeeper is essential

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to work a 5 over 7 roster, including weekends

  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude

  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Responsibilities

– Ensure all rooms and allocated areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards: this includes cleaning bathrooms, making beds, removing rubbish, dusting furniture, replenishing the rooms with towels and toiletries, and vacuuming.
– Previous experience of working in cleaning or hospitality
– Ability to work on your own initiative and good organisation skills
– Ensure security is maintained whilst cleaning rooms
– Provide a great service to all guests

Requirements

– Excellent attention to details
– Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
– Be able to work as part of a team and take instruction
– Good attention to detail
– Willingness to work flexible hours that suit your needs
– Manual handling training (can be provided)
