I am looking for a Team Leader who can lead and guide their team in creating a fantastic shopping experience for each and every customer and drive sales in order to hit store targets.
Reporting to the Manager you will ideally come with a consultative Fashion, Jewellery, Accessories, Gifts or Homewares background and most importantly you will have a real passion for providing first class customer service.
Salary €25K-€27K may be negotiable but must reflect experience, discounts, Employee Assistance Program.
Responsibilities for the job of Retail Supervisor
- Support the store manager with all aspects of running a busy store
- Motivate your team in providing 5-star customer service
- Ensure the store achieves its KPI’s – Sales, Wages Cost, ATV, UPT and Conversion
- Build excellent customer relationships ensuring repeat customers
- Monitor on an ongoing basis staff attendance, timekeeping and productivity
- Ensure that the store is commercially merchandised and visually appealing
- Carry regular team briefs in order for your team to receive all information to achieve targets
- Review and analyse sales reports and KPI’s and react accordingly
- Cash handling, wages and banking
