Responsibilities for this opportunity:
- Ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way.
- Oversee food preparation, checking that all kitchen staff are performing their duties.
- Manage food production levels and order supplies when required.
- Maintain a calm environment in the kitchen so service runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Exhibit the capacity to always maintain a high level of kitchen quality and adhere to all HACCP regulations.
Requirements for this position:
- Successful & progressive experience in Catering and Hospitality.
- Commitment to managing and delegating work to kitchen staff.
- Preferable, strong knowledge of the food industry and current trends.
- Professional qualifications desirable but not essential (we can provide training)
- Experience working in a variety of kitchen sectors
